Well cast garuda amulet. Garudas are huge mythological birds in the folklore of Asia, they are found from SE Asia right up to Siberia where they are important shamanic sky spirits rather like the Native American Thunderbirds. In Tibetan Buddhism they are associated with the element of air. They are the enemy of Naga water spirits which they are often shown eating (in the form of snakes).

In mongolian shamanism they are an important spirit called Han Garid, and are seen as the king of birds and a thunderbird. It is the totemic sprit of Ulaanbaatar the capital of Mongolia.
